Welcome to StyleVault. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the StyleVault platform. By creating an account or using StyleVault, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. You confirm that all registration information is accurate and complete.
User Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, notifying StyleVault of unauthorized access, and accepting responsibility for activities under your account unless caused by our negligence or security failure.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal or copyrighted content without permission, violate privacy, upload harmful material, create fraudulent or abusive content, interfere with the platform, or reverse engineer the service beyond applicable law. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Uploaded Content
Users remain responsible for all uploaded content and confirm they own it or possess all necessary rights and permissions. StyleVault does not verify ownership and users must comply with copyright, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
Ownership of Uploaded Images
All uploaded images remain the property of the user or rightful owner. Uploading content does not transfer ownership or copyright to StyleVault.
AI Generated Content
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, vary between generations, and require human review. StyleVault does not guarantee AI outputs are suitable for commercial, legal, or professional purposes without further review. Users remain responsible for reviewing all generated outputs.
Subscription Plans
StyleVault offers GO, PRO and VIP subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Availability, pricing and features may change over time, subject to applicable law.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through an authorised payment provider. StyleVault does not store payment card information. Premium access may be suspended if payment is unsuccessful.
Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous availability due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
The StyleVault platform, software, branding, logos, graphics and proprietary technologies belong to StyleVault Malaysia or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the platform without prior written permission.
Account Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, unauthorized access, prohibited content or interference with platform security.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, interruptions or decisions based on AI-generated outputs, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of StyleVault after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia unless otherwise required by law.
